In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
Fold in oats, chocolate chips, shredded coconut, and chopped pecans.
Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until edges are golden brown.
Remove from oven and let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
