Description

A creamy and flavorful spinach dip made with Knorr vegetable mix, perfect for parties and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 package frozen chopped spinach (10 oz, thawed and drained)
  • 1 container sour cream (16 oz, sour cream)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 package Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix (1.4 oz)
  • 1 can water chestnuts (8 oz, drained and chopped)
  • 3 tbsp green onions (chopped)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine sour cream and mayonnaise.
  2. Stir in the Knorr vegetable mix until well blended.
  3. Add the thawed and drained spinach, chopped water chestnuts, and green onions. Mix thoroughly.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
  5. Serve chilled with crackers, bread, or fresh vegetables.

Notes

– For best results, squeeze excess moisture out of the spinach before mixing.

– Serve in a hollowed-out bread bowl for a classic presentation.
