- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Crackers or toasted bread (for serving)
Instructions
- Cook the grouse breast in a saucepan with butter until fully cooked and tender. Shred into small pieces.
- In a food processor, blend the cooked grouse, cream cheese, blue cheese, and garlic until smooth.
- Add Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, smoked paprika, and lemon juice, blending again until well combined.
- Transfer to a mixing bowl and fold in chopped parsley.
- Let the spread rest in the fridge for 10 minutes to enhance the flavors.
- Serve chilled with crackers or toasted bread.
