Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F 190°C Lightly grease a baking dish
  2. In a small bowl mix melted butter lemon juice garlic powder paprika salt and black pepper
  3. Place the orange roughy fillets in the baking dish and brush them generously with the butter mixture cook brushing melted butter
  4. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and thyme
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork Freshly baked golden orange roughy fillet
