Description

This Espresso Martini is a rich, velvety cocktail that combines the bold flavor of espresso with the smoothness of vodka and a hint of coffee liqueur. It's a perfect after-dinner drink that offers a sophisticated caffeine kick.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 oz vodka
  • 1 oz coffee liqueur (e.g., Kahlúa)
  • 1 oz freshly brewed espresso (cooled)
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
  • Ice cubes
  • 3 coffee beans (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Brew a fresh shot of espresso and let it cool slightly.
  2. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add vodka, coffee liqueur, espresso, and simple syrup (if using).
  3. Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled and frothy.
  4. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
  5. Garnish with three coffee beans on top.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

📌For an extra frothy top, shake the cocktail shaker extra hard to create a creamy foam layer.

📌Use freshly brewed espresso for the best flavor and aroma.

📌Adjust sweetness by adding more or less simple syrup.
