- 1 orange, peel ON
- 1 cup granulated sugar
Instructions
- Slice the ends off the orange just until you see the flesh. Leave the rest of the peel on and cut into 8 wedges.
- Add cranberries, orange wedges, and sugar to a food processor. Process until smooth or until no large chunks remain.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1–2 weeks. Delicious over turkey, chicken, or pork loin!

Yield: Makes about 3 cups, serving size is about 1 Tablespoon per person.
